I am running Eclipse Indigo on Ubuntu 12.04 - I installed it from scratch and it was working correctly. I had it connecting to the remote server and editing files. I just recently did an update for the files, and now I can't get to the RSE wizard or files. I've tried to follow the directions, but when I try to change the perspective to the Remote Server Explorer, it's not a choice.

I feel like I should completely remove Eclipse and start over - what should I look at?
