Hi. First, congrats on the project. It's great. I'm just starting out with jbpm and this modeler it's helping me a lot. I have a couple of questions though:

1) When I have to create a process there are two options: bpmn2 diagram or bpmn2 model. What's the difference between the two??

2) In some processes I have to pass variables to them in order to do some operation. Right now I'm using globals, but I've read somewhere that you can define variables local to the processes. Where do you define these variables using the modeler??
