Currently, the ECP2 "editor" is hardwired to the 3.x editor API.
It would be really interesting to be able to use the framework in other "containers" like Views/Dialogs/Wizards/... And this would also allow to easily port it to the E4 platform.

Is that possible/planned?

Hi,
please use the emft newsgroup for discussions about emf client platform,
this newsgroup is deprecated.
We plan to modularize all views to work well with e4 for 1.0 Could you
create a BR for this?
