Hello All:

I am running Eclipse Indigo (Build 20110615-0604) on Windows XP.
Currently using it for two months for Java Development and that works fine.

Today I ran Help--> Check for Updates
I select Eclipse IDE for Java Developers 1.4.2.20120213-0813 and then let it run.

After a bit it comes back with:
Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
Software currently installed: Shared profile 1.0.0.1337371381312 (SharedProfile_epp.package.java 1.0.0.1337371381312)
Missing requirement: Shared profile 1.0.0.1337371381312 (SharedProfile_epp.package.java 1.0.0.1337371381312) requires 'SharedProfile_epp.package.java [1.0.0.1337371350890]' but it could not be found.
I saw one posting out on the WWW that suggested that I need to run the update as Local Admin, tried that but no difference.

This all started because I need to install EPIC. I got a similar error on that.
So I retreated and attempted the Eclipse update above.

Is this the correct forum for this type of question?
Or is there additional info required to venture a guess
as to what is going on here?
