"IBM WebSphere Application Server V7.0 Developer Tools Beta (March Refresh) V8.5 Beta (March Refresh)" is an Eclipse plugin from the Eclipse MarketPlace;
its installation seems to break the JPA functionality (Eclipse Web Tools Platform Dali Persistence Tools) of a newly installed Eclipse Indigo SR2;
the same for the V8.5 Liberty Profile;
for example, is no longer possible to create a new JPA Project, and you cannot see (and woork with) the items in the JPA Content project node;
uninstalling it restos the JPA functionality

"uninstalling it resto[re]s the JPA functionality"

Unfortunately, no, it doesn't appear to. I'm finding myself trying to avoid a complete reinstall of eclipse. (I'm hoping I can delete enough jboss plugins to allow me to simply reinstall those - m hibernate-tools appear to have gotten so trashed by this that uninstall options aren't visibly available.)

If you know any other solutions... ?
