Javascript Development Tools
I installed it with no problem

Now I try try to create a new Javascript Project... there is nothing about

I try to open a .js file... just can see it like a text file

I try to install again the Javascript Development Tools, Eclipse says it's allready installed.

Ok. Where ? There is nothing visible new...

Did you start with Indigo SR2? It sounds like your installation is somehow broken.

I'm using this :

Eclipse IDE for Java Developers
Version: Helios Service Release 1
Build id: 20100917-0705

I've install this one year ago to build a little Android thing
I also could build python things

But still not really understand how to manage my Eclipse editor.

Exemple: If I install a Indogo SR2 patch, I'm worry about loosing my current configuration I hardly got.

I'm a UltraEdit user. I alway hear about Eclipse. I try to try...

Do not use the Indigo update site with a Helios installation. Helios has its own site for that, http://download.eclipse.org/releases/helios .

I follow the "What is allready installed" link.
In the list, I can see the "Javascript Development Tools".
I uninstall and restart.
It is still in the list but the uninstall button is not available.

Ok, now I install from download.eclipse.org/releases/helios
Faillure occures "because a newer version is already installed"!

I can't uninstall again, the button to uninstall is now unavailable.

I don't know what to do.
