I recently installed Eclipse Helios on my Windows 8 platform following which I installed JDK & SDK. The purpose for installing JDK & SDK was to create an Android GUI using Eclipse Helios Android plugin. Though everything has been installed, when I open Eclipse Helios and click on the Android tab under preferences option, I get the error message that Tools folder can't be found under android-sdk. I went in search of just the Tools folder but I can't find that either online. I really need some software to draw Android GUI but all software require JDK & SDK. I tried to install Eclipse on a Windows XP platform but I get the same problem.

This is not a problem with Eclipse Helios, it is a problem with Android
SDK. Android questions don't belong in Eclipse forums. Check with
Google to find what forums provide Android development support
