Hi

We are using an EGL template that executed programmaticaly and we would
like to change the file permissions of the generated file. The EGL
template is used in a for loop to create multiple files.

Well, that sounds more like a general Java issue than something to do with Epsilon Smile. Nevertheless, some quick Googling reveals some tips that you might find useful:
