Trying to use config.ini to set
user.name=someUser
fails, and the actual value that is set seems to be the current login
name.

This can be verified by doing a "setprop".

Other settings in config.ini do get properly set, for instance
user.something=thisthing
...works fine.

Setting user.name via a JVM command line argument does however work. For
instance
<jvm> -Duser.name=someUserArg -jar org.eclipse.osgi_x.x.x.jar .....
the setprop does show user.name=someUserArg

This happens in Linux and Windows. In Windows, attempting to clear the
environment variable via "SET USERNAME=" has no effect. Equinox still
finds and populates user.name with the current user.

Is there some reason for this config.ini setting being overridden/ignored,
or is this a bug?
