I've added
http://www.eclipse.org/newsportal/thread.php?group=eclipse.t echnology.packaging
to the "to" list of the reply and I've opened
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=241006 so you can track
progress on fix to the broken link on the webpage.

Yes, you are right that this here (eclipse.technology.packaging) is the
correct newsgroup name...
