While in java perspective, with 'link with editor' active, I have a hard time seeing the "selected" file in the package explorer view. I click from tab to tab and most often it is very hard to pick out the file that matches the editor without squinting and looking up and down the list. Is there a way to set the background color for this item?

I have googled around a bit and it seems that this might be an operating system setting and not one that is available through eclipse preferences. If this is the case can someone please point me in the right direction. I'm on Windows 7.
