Hi,
I wanted to know about the improvements that are in the 3.0.0M7
(2009/05/05) ATL version. I am especially interested about new things in
the API. Is there improvements in the methods concerning compilation (as i
have some trouble compiling programmatically, sometimes it works ,
sometimes not even when the model is well compiled manually)?

Hello,

The ATL Compiler now uses the EMFVM: it is much more performant and it
allows to compile from an EMFModel - new API - (no more ASMModels).

It implies that the ATL Parser has also been adapted to inject/extract
EMFModels. As it implements the basic IInjector/IExtractor interface,
you can use it from ATL ant tasks (and obviously programmatically).

All that utilities are available into the org.eclipse.m2m.atl.engine plugin.
