I need to edit straight C code snippets, not complete programs, just single functions, in some kind of TextWidget, possibly with code highlighting, completion, bells and whistles.
Would it be possible to (easily) reuse the CDT editor for this task?
The resulting code should be returned in a string.
If the CDT editor is unusable (too heavy or too difficult to setup) can someone advise on a suitable alternative?
