I would like to visualise my Business Model into separate Diagrams, to have a hierarchical view on a parts of the business model objects.

I think, the simple linkage between diagrams is a good solution, for beginning.

Please see the screenshots in attachment, maybe have someone a tipp for me, how I can achieve this?

This is possible and shown in the Tutorial with the "Associate Diagram"
functionality. It's described in the written tutorial in the section
"Drill-Down".
