Hi am new here in the forum.
I recently downloaded the eclipse software just to learn about java programming.
I am a beginner in programming so i don't really know majority of the codes.
So can you help regarding my project?
This is my problem description.
Assuming i have two image (original images and test image)
1. I need program that can convert images to RGB values and generate it into csv file.
2. This program will calculate the average of red values, green values and blue values in an image.
3. The program will then compare the difference of the two image base on the average values of two image (values that has been generated in csv file).
4. the program will say if the original image is the same with the test image and display the percentage of the difference of the two image.

I am hoping that someone will answer my question.

Sorry, this isn't a forum for doing students' homework. This forum is
for helping newcomers to Eclipse sort out problems learning to us it.
