segmentation fault indigo SR2 with glassfish 3.1.2 plugin [message #824601]

I am persistently getting a repeatable segmentation fault crash when I run a simple project using the internal Glassfish server plugin and then attempt to navigate to any Java source file. If I open a Java file prior to running the project on the server, then I am able to switch to the window, but the segmentation fault happens when I make any simple code change.

It is so unstable it is unworkable. The segmentation fault happens with pretty much anything I try to do.

Operating System: Ubuntu 11.10 32-bit
Java Version: 1.7.0_03
Glassfish Plugin:
Eclipse Version: Indigo SR2 (this was happening with SR1 also)
Glassfish Application Server: Version 3.1.2.0 from the server download.java.net and directory /glassfish/eclipse/indigo (I am not allowed to post links yet)

(I downloaded the latest versions of all of the above today itself)
