FYI it seems the Hyatt is sold out.
I would post other hotel suggestions because the Hilton is on its way too :)

The Hyatt still has plenty of rooms left. So does the Hilton. If you
are having trouble with the online registration system, please contact
us and we'll help you around their bug. Contact
email@example.com (the EclipseCon meeting planner).
You may be suffering from a bug in the Hyatt online registration system
that goes like this: EclipseCon has contracted for a certain number of
rooms at the Hyatt; when you register with the online system, it takes
rooms out of that "block"; but, stupidly, when the block for a
particular date (for example, the Friday before the conference) is used
up, the registration system says there are no more rooms EVEN WHEN there
are lots of rooms at the hotel. So their system treats the block as a
maximum rather than a minimum. (some rolling of eyes here)
Anyway, to summarize - you've hit a bug but rather than filing a
bugzilla, just contact Erin @ Meeting Strategies Worldwide and she'll
wave a magic wand and fix the problem.
