Hello,

has anybody managed to plug a webservice stack into equinox? i'm trying
to expose existing eclipse-plugins as webservices.

i would like to use a newer technology than axis1 (an example described
earlier in this list), but i wasn't able to bring axis2 to work...

thanks a lot in advance for tips, code snippets, links... !

cheers

Hello,

I can't help you because I don't know either. :) But I will give you some
links which may help you:

Expose plug-ins as Web services with Eclipse (Axis1.x)
http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/edu/ws-dw-ws-eclipseplugin .html

Eclipse-Plugin für XFire (german)

Nyota
http://eclipse.compeople.eu/wiki/index.php/Nyota:Main
It uses Hessian as binary based Web Service.

Open Healthcare Framework (OHF) Project - OHF Bridge
http://www.eclipse.org/ohf/components/bridge/
The OHF-Project uses Axis1.x under the hood so far I know. Perhaps you can
get some information from code.

Best regards,
T.Gau
