The Eclipse Foundation is looking for an individual or company to help maintain the Eclipse Marketplace Client (MPC). MPC is shipped with all of the Eclipse packages so the code has very wide distribution. The code is part of an Eclipse open source project.

We are looking for proposals to do the following work:
1. Make sure MPC is included in the Juno release train in June 2012 and the SR1 and SR2 releases.
2. Ensure MPC continues to work correctly with the Eclipse 4 platform.
3. Fix any critical bugs found in MPC.
4. Respond to any newsgroup/forum postings and triage bugs submitted to MPC.

If you are interested please send questions and a proposal to Ian Skerrett (ian dot skerrertt at eclipse.org). In your proposal, please indicate your experience building Eclipse plugins, experience contributing to Eclipse projects and how much you will charge for the work. Please send your proposals before February 22.
