I would like to make the workbench menu and coolbars stick to the top of
the monitor, just like the Mac menu.

Sadly my app is running on Windows. Seems there is no trivial way to
accomplish that.

I could think about a few approaches,

1. Tweak the Workbench shell, make it On top, fix location to (0,0)
2. Create a dummy on-top, (0,0) shell, "copy" all menu/toolbars from
workbench shell.
3. Rewrite Presentation factory(?)
4. Play around with internalTweaklets(?)

What would be the best approach that not violating the workbench
design/logic?

Greatly appreciated for for advices
