when starting a spring-dm test that extends AbstractConfigurableBundleCreatorTests, I am getting this exception:

java.lang.SecurityException: class "org.osgi.service.condpermadmin.ConditionalPermissionUpdate"'s signer information does not match signer information of other classes in the same package

Any idea why ?

Are you using security manager when running the tests? Also where is the AbstractConfigurableBundleCreatorTests class from - I can't find it in our OpenGrok?
