refactoring preview editor using incorrect syntax highlighting [message #791588]

When I try to refactor my java project, the preview screen is using the incorrect editor (guessing is aptana javascript editor instead of the native jdt editor). Is there anyway I can change it ?

No project facets, project nature: org.eclipse.jdt.core.javanature - Primary

Eclipse Java EE IDE for Web Developers.
Version: Helios Service Release 1
