I am getting the following error while running Eclipse EPIC Perl debugger.

An internal error occurred during: "child count update"

Has anyone else come across this issue? I am seeing it on Linux OS.

Linux southpark 2.6.18-92.el5 #1 SMP Tue Apr 29 13:16:12 EDT 2008 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

Thanks in advance.

I encountered this issue also. It happen to me each time I use "mech->submit_form" from the WWW::Mechanize module.

However it seems to be a known bug 285371 (I would've include a link but since I have less than 25 posts on the forum it won't allow me...)

I am using Galileo Eclipse version 3.5.2 installed over Ubuntu:
Linux XXX-desktop 2.6.32-39-generic #86-Ubuntu SMP Mon Feb 13 21:47:32 UTC 2012 i686 GNU/Linux

I am getting the child count update error while trying to debug my webapp using

Eclipse JavaEE IDE for Web developers
Version: Kepler Release
Build id: 20130614-0229

and

Apache Tomcat 7.0.42 webserver. My JDK is 1.7.0_25. Every time I try to expand any object in the Variables tab I encounter this problem. Can anyone point me to a solution?

Thanks,
AA
