Is it possible to define custom javadoc Taglets as EclipsePlugin, which are useable next to @see, @author, ... They should be visible in the javadoc-preview.

I'd like to produce a taglet for opening a specific generated URL, e.g.
@hyperlink (id=12345, lang=en, version=1.0.0)
