OMG and EclipseCon have both selected the Hyatt Regency in Reston
Virginia for meetings/conferences in adjacent weeks. The third joint
Eclipse/OMG Workshop will therefore be held on Sunday 25th March after
the OMG meeting and the day before EclipseCon.
The joint Eclipse/OMG workshop is intended to provide an opportunity for
members of the sometimes distinct OMG and Eclipse modeling communities
to interact and to present their more innovative contributions.
The symposium should enable 'OMG' attendees to be aware of ways in which
Eclipse supports their specifications, and 'Eclipse' attendees to learn
more about relevant OMG specifications.
The tentative agenda is for 25 minute papers with 5 minutes of
questions. A morning session may concentrate on papers with a strong
alignment to a particular approved OMG specification. The afternoon may
concentrate on more innovative applications, problems or specifications.
If you would like to present, please send a short, perhaps five
sentence, outline of your presentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The official announcement, and in due course the program, may be found
at http://www.omg.org/EclipseOMG2012. Registration is independent of
EclipseCon: see http://www.omg.org/registration/eclipse/index.htm.
