I see that StyledText introduces the renderer that maintains a height of every line. But, I see no way to control it. At the top of some words, I would like to allocate some space for annotations.

The question seems to be answered by David Green "using StyleRange with GlyphMetrics. In particular is will cause the images to flow with the text."
