Dear All ,

I have Error in Birt Run-time (web Part)

When I use it to view My Reports .

I am using Tomcat application server


note : The image of Error appears in my Uploaded image.

What app server did you deploy the viewer on? Is it behind a proxy?
Try using the /run mapping instead of the /frameset mapping as a test.

The Run mode is not working

The frame-set mode is not working

The preview mode is working successfully

How did you deploy the viewer? Can you try just copying the
WebViewerExample folder to tomcat's webapps directory?

I have not seen this error on any version of tomcat. What os and
browser are you using?

Win 7, should be fine. I am running the viewer on tomcat on win 7. Do
you get anything in the tomcat logs?

Only if I set the log level in the web.xml of the viewer.

The problem is getting empty files in Birt log.

what is solution in this problem?

Do you get this error with Fire Fox and IE or just Chrome.

I do not know why this is happening on a vanilla viewer install. Can
you try a different version of Tomcat as a test?

This problem happened when
I use birt viewer 2.6 and birt viewer 3.7

I do not think this is a logging issue. Did you try a different version
of tomcat?
