I have added second C program to my project. How do I add it so that when I "build" the entire project, that new program is also compiled?

I should add, that the project was being build with a make file I wrote, but I will be adding more programs to this project so I don't what to have to rewrite the make file every time I add a new program.

I want eclipse to just use its own dynamic make file.
