EDT:Tutorial: RUI With DataBase Lesson 4 step 5

I'm getting the attached error (3 pages) when coding the Payment File Maintenance handler. The error occurs even when I copy the code from the end of the tutorial for the handler.

I seem to have resolved this issue by deleting the handler, cleaning my project and then recreating the handler.
