Can I set a linked resource (Window > Preferences, General > Workspace > Linked Resources) from commandline when I'm starting up Eclipse?

There should be some parameter I can add to the commandline to set this. Right?

Or is there a way to export and then import this particular setting? It seems it doesnt be included when doing a normal export of preferences (File > export..., General > preferences)

Did you find a solution for this? I need to be able to run automated build which includes running Eclipse-based tools on freshly-retrieved files.
