I'm working on YETI, an automated random testing tool and am trying to integrate an existing Eclipse plugin that allows users to test their code with YETI with Mylyn. The aim is to allow users to test their code and save test cases that have revealed bugs as an attachment on a bug report through Mylyn.

I haven't done much Eclipse plugin development and have done no Mylyn development so I'm not at all sure where to start with this. Would anyone be able to recommend some resources or things to read that might help please?
