Release schedule? [message #756304] Fri, 11 November 2011 15:56 Go to next message
Eclipse User
I'd like to start using egit, but can't because of:

https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=358621

It makes it impossible to use svn in the same Eclipse install. This bug
has been fixed, but there hasn't been a release that includes it.

How stable are the nightlies?

When's the next release?

The nightly builds of 1.2 have been completely stable for me.

A recent post here suggested that the stable 1.2 would be released mid December.

Usually the nightly build is the best we have as every change is reviewed and tested before it gets submitted into master branch feeding the nightly build.

Next release 1.2 is planned for Dec 15.
