I've created a feature project and update site project for my plugin. But I need to include a utility folder which will be residing outside of my plugin. i.e. When somebody installs my plugin, the utility folder should be created inside installation folder of eclipse say example here: c:\eclipse\utility. Can anybody help me how it can be done?
