I don't understand why it says it can't find a file that exists!
This bug if often triggered by a bug in Dropbox, because I use Dropbox to sync my project folder, and usually I have another PC around with a backup... but due to another Dropbox "feature" it started syncing without informing me and I lost my backup.
Fail Deleting .snap fixes it, but all my projects are gone, and I'm not planning on importing all my projects again, there are just too many.
Fail Deleting all other *.snap files didn't fix that.
I FIXED IT by also restoring an older version of .metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.resources\.safetable
