Hi,
I have a strange problem. I have two exactly the same tomcats that are running on different servers. The other one works fine, generating the birt-report as it should. But the other one shows chart texts quite messy and when the report is exported to pdf, the texts disappear completely.
I have attached pictures of the report. viewer.png and pdf.png are parts of the outputs from the same server. And viewer2.png & pdf2.png are from the other.
As I said, the whole tomcat directories, with the birt-viewer in the webapps are identical.
What could be wrong here?

Are both the reports the same? Are the charts svg or one of the image
formats? You can look in the viewer directory
webapps\Viewer\report\images directory to see the images that are
generated. Are they the same size?

Can you try changing the chart image type to png?
