The TableColumn Text is too long,if display all the column is too wide,so I want to display it vertical,but only RIGHT CENTER ande LEFT can be choosed.

I am almost sure that this is impossible in standard SWT columns. Check Grid for nebula project maybe (http://eclipse.org/nebula/widgets/grid/grid.php) you find there functionality you looking for.
