eclipse gui disappear [message #721893]

We are using eclipse 3.5.2 Galileo in ubuntu 10.04. We are trying to run an applet in eclipse and eclipse ide disappear. But eclipse is running as a background process which can be seen from ps -aux command. The same applet is running successfully in eclipse Galileo in a different ubuntu machine. I have attached the log of eclipse
Please suggest me suitable suggestion
