How to define CTRL+E as "delete whole current line" cmd in Editor? [message #718856]

I work with other text editors outside Eclipse where CTRL+E is defined as function
"delete whole current line" (where current = where cursor is placed).
In Eclipse there is another hotkey for this function.

Can I somehow re-define the hotkey in Eclipse so that CTRL+E means here the same?
