Hi,

I have two Reps, one for my project and another from an independend project. I want to have specific files of this project in my project. I found the subtree merge strategy, but is it possible in EGIT? Will it be possible and what is the best way to do it at the moment?

Or is it possible to fetch the specific files from a branch, didnt find out how?

Thx Smile

EGit and JGit do not yet support the subtree merge strategy.

I don't know anybody who is working on that or planning to do so soon. If it's important for you maybe you could consider to take this up ?
