My update site has several top-level categories, each with Features. When you open the site via Help, Install new software..., and select a category, the Details box shows the category name and a version with some kind of checksum:
<category label> 1.0.0.2-cKcNcu

If you then select 'More...', and General Information, the Identifier field shows the path to the category.xml file used to build the Site, like this:
file:/C:/path/to/mye/build/updateSite/category.xml.cat_foo_bar. I see this same info in the content.jar file of the update site in a 'unit id' tag.

I build the feature repositories using PDE build, then merge them together using metadata and artifacts via MirrorApplication. I then set category information using CategoryPublisher and category.xml, which I suspect is involved.

How can I hide the details info, or at least hide checksums and file paths?
