I want to add my Custom Property named "Name" , which is currently under Core tab , inside Advanced Tab.
What I found that if we delete the Custom Tab from Property , in RCP it automatically comes inside Advanced Tab but this behavior is not same with normaL eclipse plug-in

Hi,

not exactly the answer to your question but some thoughts:
- you can use EEF project
- you can customize your property sheets
- you might use filter to hide some properties (and perhaps also show them where you want) see http://www.eclipse.org/forums/index.php/m/223821/?srch=gmf+hide+properties#msg_223821
