If you are asking if the static analysis framework in TPTP can support the
kinds of things SA4J does, the answer is yes. The analysis framework is a
pluggable architecture that can accommodate just about any kind of analysis.
It offers a rule engine framework to allow you to create a new rule engine
from scratch, or you can integrate something that already exists.
If you want to spend money, IBM's Rational Software Architect already does
this and more, but I don't believe there are any plans to open source that
capability.
