This is common task,
Install plugin named "filesync", then You will be able to set builder to sync
files in filesystem. Setup server on remote machine and file access through
samba/windows sharing. Map resurce as new drive with new letter, then just set
sync to destination, also You can move this builder on top of other (like
validation etc). This solution work great with quite big team and numbers of
projects, it is significantly faster than any other solution for remote projects
like the one built in eclipse.
The specifig thing about this aproach is that it's one-way sync, thanks to that
You don't lose time and cpu/network to check all files on server. You have You
own working copy and remote copy. There is option to force full sync.
