|problem with maven tomcat plugin [message #689760]

I have this situation:
(I also tried with an external maven tool.)
pom (main maven project, only used to run maven goals, does not have any code)
project-jar contains java classes and jsp's.
project-war contains java classes (also servlets) and jsp's.
project-war has a dependency with project-jar.
I generate a jar file from project-jar.
When I try to generate de war file from project-war, I make an overlay with the jar file for getting all the jsp's and placing in the same path as the original jsp in project-war.
Finally, when I try to make a tomcat:run, it deploys without problems, but I can't access to the jsp's that had been overlayed to the war (404 - request resource not available).
Otherwhise, if I run the tomcat externally using the war file, I can access to all the jsp's.
I enabled the tomcat listing property to see what's in the jsp folder. If I run with maven tomcat plugin, only lists the original jsp, but if I run tomcat externally, lists all the jsp's.
This situation avoid me the possibility of debugging from eclipse, and I need the debugging tool.
Anyone else had a problem like this?
I tried to explain as better as I can, but if you need anything else to understand something, please ask.
I appreciate your time.
