After reading some articles, I have a feeling (not based on experiment and research) to better choose SWT/JFace than AWT/Swing. So far, my knowledge in SWT/JFace:
- application utilizing SWT/JFace is pure Java, I don't need to write different class
for windows, linux, mac, etc.
- SWT/JFace library for deployment is different for each OS
- conclusion: I need not bother about OS while coding application, when it's time to
create installation/deployment I must provide various library for every OS I want to
cover

Please give me advices or corrections, thanks a lot.

this topic.
