Hi,

I am trying to install additional software for eclipse but I keep getting the following error:

Unable to read repository at download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/content.xml.
Unable to read repository at download.eclipse.org/releases/helios/content.xml.
Cannot assign requested address: JVM_Bind

Any ideas what the problem is?

Thanks,
Keith

Still trying to figure this out.

Have tried the following:
- Disabling windows firewall
- Turning off UAC
- Running Eclipse as admin

None of them help.
