Really weird Scroll Velocity Behaviour [message #672200]

Hi there,

I've searched through the forums about this issue but to no avail. My problem is that for some unknown reason, the eclipse editor (although I suspect it affects all the scrolling bars in Eclipse) is advancing x3 times longer than normal, resulting in making the middle mouse wheel useless...imaging debugging with this sort of scroll advance.

I'm using Linux, Eclipse Eclipse IDE for Java Developers Version: Helios Service Release 2. As a side note, other running apps such as Opera, Firefox, nautilis have normal scrolling velocities...

Has anyone run into the same issue? Any ideas?
