I used the Eclipse wizard to create a top-down Axis Web Service (say, XYZ) from a WSDL file.
I need to read configuration parameters inside of the service routine that was auto generated (in XYZSOAPImpl.java).
This class only implements XYZ_PortType, which in turn extends java.rmi.Remote.

I am unable to figure out where to place my config parameters or how to read them.
I also need to read some template files from disk and I do not know how to determine the path to WIB-INF.
