i can do customization with modisco graphic environnement.now i would like to delegate that to a java class in order, if you change the values of that class,that will change also customization values.

No doubt you're better off asking on the eclipse.papyrus forum. I've
added it to the "to" list of the reply, so no need to repost, but please
monitor that forum and post any replies to it, not this one.
