.XAM file not being created on OS X [message #666887]

I recently installed eclipse (started with eclipse for PHP) on OS X (10.6.7).

I followed all of the instructions and installed mono (although no way of knowing if it was installed properly).

I created a new project, and was able to edit the Page.xaml, but there is no .xam file created in the ClientBin directory. I would assume this would be done when I click Project=>Build All, but it does not.

I would imagine I can build by own .xam by manually including files in a .zip file with the .xam extension... but I am not sure if it would work, or which files to include.

Any help would be appreciated.
